1. OneX is SO big that in just a matter of minutes, as links were sent from member to member,
YES, over the last two weeks, OneX has moved their server to a "Cloud" server, but even so, the server provider underestimated the number of hits that they would receive after 10 PM Eastern last night. So the server couldn't keep up.
2. Adjustments are being made to the server and should be complete early tomorrow.
3.URL links will start to go out tomorrow, but in a more organized,
"wave". There will be NO clock counting down.
As soon as I know it's coming, I will alert you guys by email
and I will call as many of you as I can.
4. They will be sending out more info on STP and funding, but the instructions that I have already sent out agree with what they explained on this call.
5.Once everyone is registered, there WILL be aclock counting down to zero.
During that time, we will be able to fund our accounts and pre-purchaseour upgrades.

I want to say that if this bump in the road does not get everyone EXCITED then you have not read the following information.
I also understand that some of you are frustrated. We will forget this once everything is up and running. If you have been on my webinars, you have heard me say over and over again that Qlxchange/OneX is taking Network Marketing to the nth degree. This is proof of it!
When management contacted the "CLOUD" they told them about the massive amount of traffic that was expected. Well, the "Cloud" must not have believed them. They do NOW.
Not only did it prevent OneX from getting started with the JOIN button, but many banks across the world were affected, as well. I am willing to bet customer service with the Cloud has been inundated with calls and very upset customers. For us I truly believe this is a GOOD thing. Now the Cloud has to believe us about the kind of traffic that will be going to Qlxchange/OneX's site!
Please understand this is what is expected the next 24 hours. The Cloud has formed a team of specialists to work through the night to get whatever is needed to resolve this issue. They hope to have it completed by tomorrow morning. They know what they have to do, look at the specs from last night and get is corrected.
There will NOT be a clock this next time for Registration. Your sponsor will send you his/her link and that is when you will go to the site to register. One of the main issues last night was everyone (hundreds of thousands) was going and watching the clock.
Please do not go to the site until you receive your sponsor's link.
NO I have no idea when that will be. There will not be an announcement.
When the corrections are made the links will begin at the top and filter down. Just make sure that your sponsor has your phone number in case he/she wants to call you about the link.
I just wanted to let everyone know that I just received notice that the clock will NOT start this weekend. There is no definite set time so for now enjoy the weekend.

4.Be sure to check and see if your sponsor’s username is on the top of the registration form. Fill out the form as carefully as possible. Review it before you hit submit.
5.You will receive an email with a verification link in it. Click on that link and you will automatically be registered in QLxchange and OneX simultaneously. You will also be placed somewhere on your sponsor’s matrix
6.Take a few minutes to check your profile. Also you will find your URL (link to send to your people) on the overview page.
7.You now will begin to send out your link to your people. Please take your time. Make sure that they have completed the registration correctly.
8.If you are sponsoring family members or friends and are using your computer at home, that is fine. Just remember each person must have their own email address, username and government ID#.
9.We will continue to invite all of our people on our list and get them registered.
10.It will be fun to watch our matrix fill up.
We will be informed when the next clock will begin to count down.

At this time we can begin to put funds in our wallets.

It will still be part of the Payment Processor but access is not necessary through their website every time we want to add, send or transfer funds.
You can fund it with as much money as you need to complete the following steps if you so choose to participate in them.

You select each Tier one at a time. The software will look in your wallet and see if you have enough funds in your wallet.
If “yes” then it will mark off that Tier.
Select "Use Key" if you want to use it for Tier 1. Again the software will check your wallet and key bank to make sure that you have funds or keys available.
No funds are deducted from your wallet for your Pre-Ordered upgrades.

Everyone pays the same amount for upgrades.

• BUY (1 to 10) Only shows if balance of keys is 0.

During the funding countdown clock we will only be able
to choose 2 options.
Buy: 1 to 10 keys if our balance is zero.
If you want to purchase a larger amount of keys you must contact admin.
TRANSFER: 1 to 10 keys can be transferred to one person at a time.
A drop down window will appear when you click on transfer.
The only people you can transfer keys to is your SPONSOR and your PERSONALLY SPONSORED PEOPLE. All of these names will appear in that drop down window. Naturally all keys bought at this time will be deducted from your wallet.
Step 3
Choose Automatic Upgrade Off:
You must upgrade manually. This could cause loss in upgrade payments from people in your matrix. As long as you are aware you are doing this manually then you are OK.
Choose Automatic Upgrade On Next Tier:
The software will look for what the next Tier is that you need upgrade to.
If funds are available in your wallet the software will automatically upgrade you to that Tier. However, it will also shut off this choice and you must go in and choose Automatic Upgrade On Next Tier again.
Choose Automatic Upgrade On Continuous:
The software will continually watch for the next upgrade you need to pay. If the funds are available in your wallet it will be paid. It will now look at the next upgrade and check your wallet. Again, if the funds are available this upgrade will be paid. If for some reason there is not enough funds in your wallet, the software will check again in an hour. It will keep checking until the funds are available and get the next upgrades paid.
The option is absolutely the greatest idea especially if you work all day and cannot be checking to see if you need to upgrade. You also cannot miss any upgrade with the software continuously check for upgrades and funds.

If you select: Automatic Upgrade On Next Tier
The system will automatically upgrade you to the next Tier.
Provided it finds enough funds in your wallet.
However, once you see that this has happened you must go back in and choose this option again for it to continue to the next Tier upgrade.
Using this will prevent you from missing the next Tier.
If you select: Automatic Upgrade On Continuous
The system will upgrade automatically through all Tiers.
DO NOT use this option unless you have $1,275 in your wallet. Once you have begun to substantially fill your wallet with profits this option would be great especially if you are planning a vacation and the Internet is not always going to be available.
